On December 16th, the 18th China Industrial Forum with the theme of "Integrating Innovative Industries to Become Strong" opened in Beijing. This forum focuses on the development of new quality productivity and the promotion of new industrialization, bringing together representatives from government, enterprises, academia, and research institutions to jointly explore the path of industrial upgrading and high-quality development. Liu Ming, co-founder and vice president of the company, attended the forum and expressed his views on the evolution of quadruped robot technology and industry implementation. Liu Ming pointed out in his speech that quadruped robots, as highly flexible motion carriers, have superior "ability generalization" characteristics in building data loops and industrial ecosystems to promote large-scale applications. At present, Yuejia Lingdong has established a technology system with "full stack self-developed, software and hardware integrated" as the core, and has complete independent research and development capabilities from key hardware such as joint motors and controllers, to "embodied intelligence" algorithms and ESL motion simulation platforms. Through the innovative high-precision driving algorithm of powerless sensors, the company has achieved a breakthrough between control accuracy (error<2%) and system reliability, significantly reducing the risk of failures and maintenance costs in complex environments. In terms of data security, the company has established a comprehensive protection system to ensure the security of collected data during transmission, storage, and application. To achieve a scenario based closed-loop of robot capabilities, the company has launched an intelligent inspection system based on quadruped robots, which supports autonomous movement across all terrains and multi-dimensional environmental perception. The system can identify risks such as open flames, smoke, and abnormal temperature rise, achieve extremely early warning, and combine AI analysis to support predictive maintenance of facility health. At present, the system has been put into practical application in multiple scenarios such as Shenzhen Metro, becoming a reliable "intelligent inspector". In terms of quality assurance, the company has built a closed-loop testing system that runs through research and development and production, integrating white box, black box, and AI assisted testing to control the failure rate of core large components within 5%, providing solid support for continuous and stable operation in complex industrial environments. In the face of the opportunities and challenges of embodied intelligence industrialization, Liu Ming proposed two aspects of thinking: technology implementation and ecological co construction: at the technical level, we should strengthen the integrated design of "perception decision control", promote hardware reliability improvement and real-time algorithm optimization, and accelerate the adaptability of robot systems in changing environments through simulation and real data dual wheel drive. At the industrial level, it is necessary to establish a collaborative mechanism driven by real scenario needs, promote deep cooperation among robot enterprises, vertical industry users, infrastructure providers, and other parties, build a landing ecosystem of "scenario co research, data sharing, iterative win-win", and jointly break through the bottleneck of large-scale application.
