一、岗位职责:
1.运动控制算法开发
主导四足机器人步态规划、动态平衡控制及高难度动作(如跳跃/空翻)算法研发,优化运动稳定性与地形适应性;
2.设计基于强化学习(PPO/SAC)的实时控制策略,解决Sim2Real迁移问题(如电机噪声建模、动力学参数辨识)。
3.算法验证与部署
搭建仿真环境(Isaac Gym/MuJoCo),验证算法性能并部署至嵌入式系统(ARM/X86),确保控制延迟<10ms;
协同硬件团队完成关节驱动、通信协议(EtherCAT/CAN)联调与性能优化。
技术攻坚与迭代
4.主导运动控制难点攻关(如非结构化地形适应、动态阻抗控制),推动专利申报与技术迭代;
5.跟踪领域前沿成果(如大模型驱动的运动策略),输出技术白皮书及顶会论文(ICRA/IROS)
2、 Job requirements
学历:硕士及以上,自动化、计算机科学、机械电子相关专业(博士或顶会论文者优先);
经验:3年以上足式机器人运控开发经验,主导过≥1个从仿真到实机落地的全流程项目。
算法能力:
精通机器人运动学/动力学建模(牛顿-欧拉方程、拉格朗日动力学)及控制理论(MPC/WBC);
掌握强化学习框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow),具备地形自适应策略开发经验。
工程能力:
熟练使用C++/Python,精通ROS 2框架及Eigen等算法库512;
熟悉实时控制系统开发与硬件接口调试(如关节扭矩标定、传感器数据融合)。
软性素质:
跨部门协作能力(需联动硬件、嵌入式团队);
抗压能力强,适应高强度技术攻关
